Exchange Policy – The Dori
At The Dori, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you need to exchange an item, we are here to help. Please review our exchange policy below.
Size Exchange Only
We offer exchanges exclusively for size-related issues. If the item you received does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same item.
Timeframe
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging intact.
Next Size Availability
If the next size is available, we will process the exchange. If not available, we will issue a credit note valid for 10 days.
Initiate Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at 058 597 8417 with your order number and preferred size.
Return Shipping
A return shipping fee of AED 20 applies. This covers the reverse pickup and re-dispatch of your exchanged item.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received, your exchange will be processed within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once the new size is dispatched.
Non-Eligible Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours. An uncut opening video is mandatory to process the exchange. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Other Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for size issues. We do not offer exchanges for color, style, or preference.
